Management Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Administrative Directorate of SURFACE WARFARE OFFICERS SCHOOL. For the GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Implementing goals and objectives that integrate manpower and organization office objectives; 2) Assisting with researching, interpreting, analyzing and applying manpower regulations and policies for application to support programs; 3) Coordinating special projects and initiates milestones and goals; 4) Preparing briefs on new developments in manpower management, competitive sourcing and privatization. For the GS-09:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting with implementing goals and objective that integrate manpower and organization office objectives; 2) Applying manpower regulations and policies for application to support programs; 3) Documenting special projects, milestones and goals; 4) Researching new developments in manpower management, competitive sourcing and privatization.
