Job Summary This position oversees the Content Pipeline that serves critical planning information to our Guests via our destination Apps and Websites. Technical understanding of Content Management Systems, Content Pipeline Systems, and Front-end clients is necessary. The main goal of this role is to evaluate the health of our content and content pipeline, maintain and update our content auditing tool, audit content and collaborate with LOB and Development teams to fix and improve content and infrastructure, support/train teams with and deliver content configurations. Roles and responsibilities Champion the digital Guest experience, advocating on the Guest's behalf, and working diligently to build an outstanding experience for Disney Guests Translates the digital strategy into clearly prioritized user stories, business requirements and other product documentation including acceptance criteria and test cases Leads and maintains feature development and backlog, attending daily scrums to help drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks Ensures appropriate delivery of product requirements across the development lifecycle, including partnering with design and technology teams to ensure the visual design, content strategy, copywriting, and development align to the strategic vision Develops presentations to share and build advocacy for the digital strategy with Executive audiences and partners across the organization Supports the ongoing Guest and Cast experience by monitoring product performance, supporting A/B tests and recommending opportunities to enhance the Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Digital Platforms, including mobile apps and websites. Support with delivery and ongoing maintenance, which may include product build, content configuration and on call collaboration to ensure successful uptime of the digital experience as needed Role-Specific Responsibilities Provide oversight and support for a team of Content Configuration Product Managers Collaborate with Technical teams across the different services and end-points in the content pipeline (DScribe, Explorer Service, Watcher, AntMan, Shuri, AJO...) Identify opportunities to improve content quality, findability, and accuracy across digital properties. Prioritize initiatives that drive efficiency, scalability, and measurable performance improvements. Monitor, audit, and procure content configuration changes to ensure the content pipeline is optimized Deliver & maintain a content configuration auditing tool (Galactus) to deliver strategic initiatives for the content program Deliver content configurations when necessary Support the ongoing operation and improvements of the content infrastructure for the Explorer products, including content auditing, taxonomy evaluation, and collaborate on necessary UI changes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience 5+ years of Digital Product Management (website/mobile/back-end) Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action autonomously Experience with technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced digital organization Possesses analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project cases Proven ability to collaborate with and achieve results through others, plus the ability to build strong and balanced relationships, and the capability to interact within all levels of the organization Experience with Agile software development methodology, including JIRA/Confluence 3+ Years experience with hooks, context, memorization, and performance tuning of data-heavy interfaces (Strong React + TypeScript) Proven experience building and operating OAuth proxies, token and response caching, and concurrency-limited HTTP fetchers (Node.js + Express) Comf
