About the role

Inspiren offers the most complete and connected ecosystem in senior living. Founded by Michael Wang, a former Green Beret turned cardiothoracic nurse, Inspiren proves that compassionate care and technology can coexist - bringing peace of mind to residents, families, and staff. Our integrated solutions seamlessly fit into existing workflows, capturing everything happening within a community. Backed by nurse specialists and powerful analytics, we provide the data operators need to make informed clinical and operational decisions - driving efficiency, profitability, and better care outcomes. The Senior Materials Program Manager plays a crucial role in handling materials that have critical impact on the organization. This role is based in Taiwan and involves materials planning, allocation, reporting, New Product Material readiness, and logistics readiness from Contract Manufacturer to Inspiren.

  • SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT - Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure priority allocation, early supply signals, and preferred customer status. Conduct regular supplier business reviews (SBRs) to track performance KPIs including quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness.
