Job Description: POLITICO seeks a Senior Business Development Associate to join our California sales team. This role will join our growing California commercial team of five and support revenue growth across Professional Subscriptions (Pro) and Media Solutions business lines, with emphasis on expanding our Pro California business through lead identification, sales initiation, and team support for new business acquisition, account management, and renewals. POLITICO's paid news subscription and policy intelligence platform, POLITICO Pro, equips nearly 30,000 policy professionals with in-depth reporting and tools they need to stay informed, act confidently, and communicate effectively. Our Media Solutions business line provides brands, companies, and associations with advertising and sponsorship opportunities to effectively influence and reach POLITICO's California audience. These revenue streams support our rapidly expanding California presence, where we've tripled our journalistic footprint to a team of over twenty reporters and editors. This position is based in our Sacramento, CA office.
