As a Maven provider, you will connect with members globally, helping scale access to high-quality healthcare. You will join a curated provider network spanning 30+ specialties and 350+ subspecialties, all dedicated to delivering holistic, high-value care. What You'll Do: Provide virtual support and guidance to expectant and new mothers Educate members on prenatal care, labour preparation, postpartum recovery, and breastfeeding Offer emotional support and counseling throughout the pregnancy and early motherhood journey Help members navigate healthcare systems and prepare for in-person appointments when needed Capture encounter summary documentation in our practice management system, MPractice Collaborate with Maven's Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-ups Serve as an ambassador of Maven's unique care model, providing culturally humble care and championing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone Who You Are: Currently residing in Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, or Australia Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written) Registered Midwife with a valid practicing license from the relevant regulatory authority (e.g., Singapore Nursing Board) and in good standing Holds a recognized nursing or midwifery qualification; additional training in fertility, IVF, or reproductive health is an advantage Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in women's health, obstetrics & gynecology, or fertility/IVF preferred Experience with assisted reproductive technologies (e.g., IVF, IUI, egg freezing) is highly desirable No history of malpractice claims or disciplinary action Able to commit approximately 2 hours per week; this is a part-time, independent contractor role Comfortable delivering care via a digital health platform; prior telehealth experience is a plus Compassionate, patient-centered, and passionate about improving fertility and reproductive health outcomes Opportunity Highlights: Flexibility.
