My client is an engineering and construction giant with a global presence. I have been asked to assist in finding a new Corporate Controller to join the team, due to an internal promotion. The successful candidate's responsibilities: Responsibility for direct supervision of all accounting and financial functions. Supervision of the monthly close process Collection of accounts receivable, supervising accounts payable, payroll, monthly reporting for the owner, monthly preparation of a reforecast, annual preparation of a budget, assist in the preparation of quarterly tax projections Implement policies and procedures to identify, resolve and document accounting issues in addition to create procedures to make the close and reporting processes more efficient and accurate. The ideal Candidate: Experience within a heavy manufacturing organisation Fluent English, German and Russian would be hugely advantageous 4+ years within a controlling function My client is specifically looking for someone CFA qualified Eligible to move at work in Germany at short notice The position contains minimal travel, and a generous remuneration package.
