About the role

As a Data Steward BI, you ensure the quality, performance, and governance of our BI landscape. You act as a central enabler by standardizing data structures, supporting users and driving best practices across Tableau and Snowflake environments. Your main tasks will be Own and manage BI user management (e.g. Tableau onboarding, monitoring, governance, PushMetrics) Monitor and improve data source performance and quality, including proactive issue handling Develop and maintain data catalogue, templates, trainings and documentation for scalable BI usage Define and implement data certification and governance processes Act as central point of contact for BI technical support and drive continuous enablement (trainings, best practices, BI Expert Meeting) Implement new technical setups defined by 4fs Act as central expert for Snowflake and its usage on 4fm side and train nominated BI experts in Snowflake Professional skills and experience Advanced Experience in Tableau and data platforms such as Snowflake Strong understanding of data modelling, data quality and performance optimization Knowledge in using 4flow data Experience in data governance, documentation, and standardization Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders across technical and business teams Hands-on mindset with experience in support, training, or enablement roles What makes you successful You combine technical depth with a structured, process-driven mindset You proactively identify and solve performance and data quality issues You act as a trusted advisor for BI users and stakeholders You drive standardization and scalability, not one-off solutions You communicate clearly and enable others through training and documentation Why you'll love this role High visibility role with impact across all BI solutions and customers Opportunity to shape data governance and BI standards globally Strong focus on innovation (AI, data-driven decision making, scalable solutions) Close collaboration with Solution Management, BI Experts, and 4flow software Parts of your team on site in Pilzen
