About the role
We are looking for an individual that can rise to the challenge of our banquet and catering department. As the department is one of the cornerstone of our operations, we seek an individual with the following criteria; Minimum 2 year in the banquet or catering department, with both sales and operations experience. Food Safety Level 3 Preferred. Degree in Food & Beverage Management or equivalent. Willing to work flexible hours to operate the events. Willing to work on weekends & public holidays. We provide AWS, VB and meal allowance. The position is 5 days work week with regular hours unless when there are events that require attendance or management.
