- Nail Segment Leadership
- Serve as the expert in North America's nail category - in both professional and mass market - leveraging insights, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to define brand positioning and drive growth.

- Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing on new item setup, POG vision and strengthening brand presence at major distributors & (e)retailers (BSG, Premier Nail Source, Amazon, Ulta, etc) and expand retail footprint in Drug (i.e. CVS).
- Brief internal teams on activation plans and ensure alignment across channels.
- Track performance by franchise and tactic and share-out postmortem to inform future planning cycles.
- Partner with Education team on Trade Show planning, professional nail classes, and gathering professional insights.
- Omnichannel Brand Communications
- Lead the end-to-end merchandising, signage and display development process for CND, SinfulColors and Revlon Nail, collaborating with Trade, Creative, and Sales teams.
