Work Arrangement This is a part time, on-site position that is part of our Internship Program. Job Overview AEVEX Aerospace is looking for a Special Projects Intern to assist in scanning archived records into a digital library, writing process and procedure documents in collaboration with the Director of Operations. Other tasks may include administrative support such as greeting guests, answering phones and filing. The AEVEX Internship Program gives individuals who are early in their career the opportunity to gain valuable learning opportunities while discussing goals, evaluating performance and receiving regular feedback. Essential Functions Prepare large volumes of documentation for scanning Create a digital filing system that allows for ease of locating forms at a later date Organize archived paperwork Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality as required Document, format, and generate standard operating procedures (SOPs) with the assistance of the Director of Operations Support the front office by answering incoming calls, welcoming visitors, scheduling meetings and taking meeting minutes, as needed Order and stock supplies Other duties as assigned Standard Essential Functions Regular and reliable attendance on a full time basis [or in accordance with posted schedule]. Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices.
