Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Education: BS or MS in engineering, management, manufacturing or other relevant field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in software project management, preferably within the defense industry or related technology fields.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and related technologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross- functional teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management tools and software; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Defense Industry Experience: Experience in the defense sector is highly desirable but not mandatory.

  • Level II - $100k - $122k
  • Level III - $122k - $156k
  • Pay range for this role
  • $100,000 - $156,000 USD
