Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the collection of gaming license applications and all appropriate documentation to secure licenses with regulators globally.
  • Interacts with employees to collect individual information of a very confidential and sensitive nature

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in the Gaming Industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with licensing regulations
  • Demonstrated ability in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, proficient in Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with Ardentsky would be a plus
  • Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and be team-oriented.
  • Confidentiality and discretion are very important in this role.

  • Pay Range
  • $18.50 - $34.39 per hour

Additional Information

As part of the Licensing Team, the Licensing Specialist will monitor and maintain the Gaming License (GL) process, procedures, and information for Aristocrat Gaming (and related entities) staff in accordance with company policy and assist in a backup capacity regarding all facets of the Aristocrat Licensing process as necessary.
