Responsibilities

  • Support the team in tracking project timelines and following up on outstanding matters to ensure smooth implementation of assigned initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate schedules, respond to enquiries, and ensure matters are followed through in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the verification of claims by checking accuracy, supporting documents, and compliance with guidelines.
  • Handle claims-related queries and work with team members to clarify discrepancies or missing information.
  • Maintain proper records of claims, documents, correspondence, and other administrative files for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Support the planning and coordination of meetings, briefings, and ad-hoc events.
  • Prepare and send meeting invitations, agendas, presentation materials, handouts, and other relevant documents.
  • Take meeting minutes, record key discussion points and action items, and circulate follow-up notes to relevant parties.
  • Assist with data entry, case verification, tracking reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the team.
  • Key Requirements:
  • GCE 'A' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in administration, operations support, claims processing, programme coordination, or stakeholder management would be advantageous.
  • Experience in healthcare, education, public sector, or social service environments will be an added advantage.
  • Meticulous and comfortable handling numbers, documents, and case verification.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and follow-through.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently while supporting team objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
