Responsibilities
- Support the team in tracking project timelines and following up on outstanding matters to ensure smooth implementation of assigned initiatives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate schedules, respond to enquiries, and ensure matters are followed through in a timely manner.

- Assist with data entry, case verification, tracking reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the team.
- Key Requirements:
- GCE 'A' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in administration, operations support, claims processing, programme coordination, or stakeholder management would be advantageous.
- Experience in healthcare, education, public sector, or social service environments will be an added advantage.
- Meticulous and comfortable handling numbers, documents, and case verification.
- Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and follow-through.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently while supporting team objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
