What you bring: 5+ years' experience in senior technology leadership roles, with accountability for technology operations, service delivery, applications, and project portfolios A strong track record of coaching, developing, and leading teams, creating a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement Solid grounding in ITIL‑aligned service management, Agile / SDLC delivery, and modern operating models Proven supplier and partner management across integrated, multi‑vendor environments Experience operating in large, complex, multi‑site organisations (e.g. retail, healthcare, FMCG, or technology services) The credibility to lead strategically, with the judgement and willingness to step into technical detail or execution when situations demand it Your leadership style People‑first, but technically credible - you understand the detail and earn respect through expertise Comfortable diving into complex infrastructure, network, or service issues when the situation demands it Sets direction and standards, but doesn't hesitate to roll up sleeves alongside the team during critical moments You care about how work gets done , not just the outcomes.
