Role Summary and Impact As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC) , you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for an Advanced Analytics Manager who will: Manage database logic, implement changes, and oversee the building of data pipelines and APIs to support business needs. Analyze data, consult with subject matter experts, and write clear business and technical requirements documents. Create and manage project timelines, prioritize tasks using tools like Azure DevOps and Smartsheets, and hold all responsible parties accountable for deliverables. Facilitate communication and progression of tasks through regular status meetings and working sessions, proactively elevating and resolving project roadblocks. Lead the investigation and resolution of data discrepancies and issues, proactively identifying solutions for data quality problems and operational inefficiencies. Serve as the subject matter expert for data quality processes, BI tools, and business rules, ensuring best practices are followed across all initiatives. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the full campaign implementation workflow across all media channels to inform data strategy and troubleshooting. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external vendors, effectively communicating roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
