Supervisory Facility Support Contract (fsc) Program Manager

About the role

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITY SUPPORT CONTRACT (FSC) PROGRAM MANAGER in the FSC Management and Facilities Service Branch of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND HAWAII. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1) Marketing acquisition services to internal and external agency customers, industry and commerce; 2) Providing advisory services regarding the business, financial or legal aspects of FSC; 3) Providing assistance, consultation and overall regional integration of FSC policies, processes, practices and program management directives for the FSC business line; 4) Performing continuous appraisal of utilization of fiscal resources in accomplishing program objectives and goals; and 5) Analyzes, evaluates and reviews procurement programs and issues.
