Experience with civilian Emergency Management programs (such as natural disaster response teams, mobilization, worldwide contingency operations); AND 2.) Experience with coordinating groups and individuals to plan for readiness and response operations.. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
