- Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of IT experience delivering enterprise applications, with at least 5+ years in Workday.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Workday Financials configuration (mandatory).
- Experience leading and managing offshore/global Workday delivery teams for 5+ years.
- Exposure to other Workday verticals (HCM, Payroll, Adaptive Planning, Integrations) with ability to guide cross functional collaboration.
- Solid understanding of financial and accounting processes and their alignment with enterprise systems.
- Proven experience in delivery governance, code review, production support, and issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Jira-based execution.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
