Regional Sales & Marketing Specialist (Medical Devices / Healthcare Equipment) #HMS

Responsibilities

• 🚀 Drive Regional Business Growth
• Support business development activities across Asian markets through distributor partnerships
• Participate in regional exhibitions, workshops, seminars, and industry events
• Develop and execute sales & marketing plans aligned with regional business objectives
• Build strong relationships with distributors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and internal stakeholders
• 🤝 Distributor & Channel Management
• Monitor distributor performance, sales pipeline, and market coverage
• Coach distributors on product positioning, opportunity management, and value-based selling
• Support distributor selection, onboarding, and performance evaluations
• Resolve business and operational issues while strengthening channel partnerships
• 📊 Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence
• Collaborate with APAC and global teams on regional business strategies
• Gather market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback
• Prepare management reports, business analyses, and strategic presentations
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving sales, marketing, finance, training, and service teams
• 🎓 Product & Training Support
• Serve as a product specialist for distributors and customers
• Support technical and application-related discussions alongside technical teams
• Conduct and organize distributor and customer training programs
• Maintain strong product and clinical knowledge through ongoing training
