For the development of our new warehouse in Cheb we are looking for a Technical Maintenance (m/f/x) Job Description Leading the maintenance team management Setting up of reactive and preventive maintenance for the warehouse and office section Cooperation in the selection and implementation of software applications in the field of maintenance management, failure reporting, monitoring of maintenance performance indicators Creating of process map, rules and procedures at MNT dept. Goal setting and controlling the work of maintenance workers Setting up the spare parts ordering process in terms of critical dependencies Tools and equipment management Cooperation with OHS on health and safety topics Leading the team to environmental awareness Skills & Abilities High level of self-management Experienced professional in industrial maintenance environment Enthusiastic and communicative team leader University or secondary school education (mechanical or electrical) Experience in maintenance management for at least 3 years Skilled in implementing preventive and reactive maintenance systems Ability to co-create and fulfill the vision of modern maintenance Czech language-native speaker, English language- daily communication Authorized according to Government Regulation 194/2022 [Collection of Laws] is anadvantage Selection of maintenance member applicants What do we offer?
