Job Description: MOSM Carmel: Physical Therapist Pay Range : $48.00 - $57.00 per hour Under the leadership of the Director of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, the Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals referred to the medical group. This role involves collaborating with referring providers to assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to promote optimal outcomes. The Physical Therapist plays a key role in maintaining clinical excellence and community engagement through active participation in outreach and partnerships with local healthcare providers. The position requires evaluating referrals and patient records, conducting assessments, and documenting progress in accordance with clinical best practices. The therapist will administer appropriate treatments, supervise support staff including Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation and billing. Additional responsibilities include contributing to the development of the rehabilitation program, staying current with professional education, and fostering strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and external providers. The Physical Therapist is expected to uphold safety standards, maintain confidentiality, and consistently reflect the organization's values in all professional interactions.
