They will be responsible for reducing unscheduled maintenance, increasing uptime and lowering maintenance costs by developing maintenance capabilities and effectiveness. Be a shared resource for the entire mill when technical expertise or other capabilities are needed to solve a problem, support a project, or implement changes, and will strive to drive safe, respectful, and positive workplace interactions. Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on process equipment to improve area process reliability
- Learn new technology, processes and equipment and educate other maintenance technicians and operators
- Assist operations in troubleshooting equipment and processes
- Maintain necessary documentation (drawings, diagrams, bill of materials, etc.) and communicate repairs to others
- Perform corrective maintenance on process equipment by performing precision maintenance best practices to optimize equipment life
- Perform maintenance activities in accordance with all relevant safe work practices such as specified by regulatory guidelines (OSHA, NFPA70E, etc.) and mill safety policy
- Participate in improvement projects to reduce maintenance costs and reduce process equipment failures

- $30.69 - 42.23/ hourly rate + benefits
- Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
