Project Manager

About the role

Our client is a well-established technology-focused organisation delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives across enterprise and public sector environments. They are seeking a project manager to lead complex technology projects involving cloud infrastructure, system integration, software delivery, and operational readiness. This role requires a hands-on project manager who can effectively manage stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive successful project outcomes from initiation through implementation and support. Responsibilities

• -⁠ ⁠Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and digital transformation projects.
• -⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• -⁠ ⁠Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• -⁠ ⁠Drive infrastructure and application delivery projects involving cloud platforms and enterprise systems.
• -⁠ ⁠Manage system integration initiatives and data connectivity requirements across multiple platforms.
• -⁠ ⁠Facilitate technical discussions between business, product, engineering, and operations teams.
• -⁠ ⁠Ensure technical deliverables align with business objectives and architectural standards.
• -⁠ ⁠Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), security testing, and release validation activities.
• -⁠ ⁠Support production readiness assessments prior to deployment.
• -⁠ ⁠Work with engineering teams to improve deployment, monitoring, and release management practices.
• -⁠ ⁠Identify project and operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
• -⁠ ⁠Support audit preparation activities and compliance requirements.
• -⁠ ⁠Establish incident management and operational recovery processes.
• -⁠ ⁠Drive issue resolution to closure and ensure accountability across stakeholders.

Requirements

• -⁠ ⁠Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• -⁠ ⁠3+ years of experience managing technology or digital transformation projects.
• -⁠ ⁠Proven track record delivering software, infrastructure, cloud, or system integration projects.
• -⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, Waterfall).
• -⁠ ⁠Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform
• -⁠ ⁠Understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, and data flows.
• -⁠ ⁠Exposure to DevOps environments and CI/CD practices.
• -⁠ ⁠Experience coordinating testing activities including SIT, UAT, and security testing.
