About the role
As our next Workday Lead, you'll shape the vision and execution of our Workday HCM ecosystem. Responsibilities
- Project Leadership & Delivery
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and communication strategies to meet milestones.
- Manage risk and change controls, escalating issues promptly to stakeholders.
- Workday Configuration & Optimization
- Configure HCM modules including Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, and Compensation.
- Analyze current configurations; recommend and implement process improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Training
- Facilitate design workshops, requirement sessions, and user acceptance testing.
- Create and deliver training materials, job aids, and knowledge-sharing forums.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Monitor system performance; propose enhancements to automate processes.
- Stay current on Workday releases and industry trends; lead adoption of new features.

- Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Preferred: Workday certifications (Core HCM, Benefits, Integrations, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Advanced Compensation, or Talent).
Requirements
- 5-8 years of hands-on Workday implementation and support experience in a consulting or in-house HRIS role.
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end Workday projects on schedule and within budget.
- Skills & Competencies
- Complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management: negotiate, influence, and present at all organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to distill technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

- Advanced proficiency in Workday security, reporting (Custom and Table), integrations (EIB, Core Connectors), and related technologies.

- Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
