Responsibilities
- Integration Design & Analysis
- Participate in the design of integrations between Oracle ERP, Hospital Information Systems (HIS), and other internal and external applications.

- Identify, analyze, and resolve functional issues during testing and deployment phases.
- Support & Issue Resolution
- Provide ongoing support for integrated systems and business users.
- Investigate and troubleshoot integration-related issues, coordinating with technical teams to implement solutions.
- Support system deployments, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Maintain functional documentation, process flows, and testing artifacts.
- Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation, support, or integration projects.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry, preferably with Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, patient management, billing, collections, finance, and inventory processes.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Knowledge of system integration concepts, interfaces, and data flows between enterprise applications.
- Experience in functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Familiarity with healthcare integration standards such as HL7, FHIR, or related healthcare messaging frameworks.
- Experience with healthcare finance, revenue cycle management, or patient billing systems.
- Knowledge of reporting and data reconciliation processes.
- Exposure to project implementation and system migration initiatives.
