  • Lead daily editorial meetings, post-show critiques, and development sessions. Help team members grow and align with TEGNA's standards of excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in broadcast news, with at least 2 in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of journalistic ethics, editorial judgment, and viewer engagement.
  • Demonstrated success producing high-impact, high-energy shows.
  • Experience with newsroom systems (ENPS) and digital CMS tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for serving local communities with impactful journalism.
