What You Get To Do in Pour & Debridge Join our team as a Machine Operator in Pour & Debridge Department. The Machine OPerator is responsible for assisting operation, set up of parts, and material flow. This role is crucial for ensuring our products meet quality standards and are prepared efficiently for further processing. Perform quality checks during the Pour & Debridge process, report issues to Tech or Supervisor Assist Technician/Operator in locating and moving parts. Sets up machines and cut with the use of a saw per the prioritized metal, changing size and length as required. Maintains cut are neat, labeled bundles as well as coil strut in usage area keeping it stocked from the overflow. Ensure labels are placed on partial coils. Verify by die prints that all parts match and requirements of the assembly are met. Observe material as it runs looking for any visible defects. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for up to 12 hours. Capable of twisting, bending, and kneeling as needed. Able to lift, push, pull, or move up to 75lbs individually or 150lbs with assistance. Ability to grasp metal and operate hooks and clamps manually. Capacity to lift aluminum extrusions overhead and at various levels with or without assistance. Continuous reaching, handling, and grasping, with frequent turning of the upper body. Visual acuity for inspecting products for quality flaws. Work in outdoor climate conditions, consistent with regional weather patterns (heat, humidity, etc.).
