Team Leader: Motor Claims (Short-Term Insurance):

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of motor claims consultants to achieve operational targets.
• Oversee the end-to-end processing of motor claims in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and drive team performance against KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance support to team members.
• Handle escalated and complex claims, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure excellent customer service and positive client outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including brokers and service providers.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and fraud prevention practices.
• Education
• Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
