What You'll Be Doing You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all housekeeping activities across the site, ensuring consistently high standards are maintained throughout. Key responsibilities include: Supervising and coordinating daily housekeeping operations across office floors, communal areas, gym and sauna Ensuring all areas meet strict hospitality-grade cleanliness and presentation standards Leading, training, and motivating housekeeping staff to deliver consistent performance Conducting regular inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with standards Managing cleaning schedules, rotas, and task allocation Monitoring and maintaining stock levels of cleaning materials and equipment Ensuring COSHH and health & safety compliance at all times Responding promptly to service requests, incidents, or operational issues Working closely with facilities management and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless occupant experience Maintaining strict hygiene and sanitation standards across wellness facilities (gym and sauna) What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced housekeeping professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional standards.
