Quality Assurance Engineer - Digital

Responsibilities

• Own the quality - Collaborate with your squad to embed excellence at every stage of development.
• Think beyond testing - Design and execute high-impact test plans that tackle complex business and technical challenges.
• Automate like a pro - Build and enhance cutting-edge test automation frameworks, driving an automation-first mindset.
• Be a quality evangelist - Work it your Lead(s) towards improvements, influence best practices, and drive innovation across FSNI's QA Practice.
• Deliver seamless experiences - Identify and resolve defects, optimize test environments, and proactively ensure flawless product releases.
• Test Data identification - Identify test data requirements across different environments and work it your QA Lead to raise any test data dependency.

Requirements

• Technical expertise - Proven experience in UI and API testing, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and test automation frameworks like Playwright, Appium, Cucumber/BDD, or Postman.
• Coding & CI/CD knowledge - Comfortable with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and familiar with CI/CD tools like Bamboo, GitHub, and Bitbucket.
• Problem-solving mindset - Strong understanding of defect management, software failures, and troubleshooting across squads and business units.
• Collaboration & communication - Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, explain complex integrations, and advocate for quality-focused solutions.
• Previous experience of working in e-commerce is preferred.
