Registered Midwife

About the role

As a Registered Midwife, you will be responsible for planning and delivering midwifery care to women and their babies within a multidisciplinary team. You will make decisions regarding patient care and assess, plan, implement, and evaluate that care while working closely with other health professionals. REQUIRED SHIFTS & WORKING HOURS: Morning 0700 - 1500: 8-hour shifts Afternoon1400 - 2200: 8-hour shifts Night Shift 2130 - 0730: 10-hour shifts ABOUT YOU: As a Registered Midwife, you will have: Authority to practice as a Registered Midwife with AHPRA and current registration A minimum of 2 years' experience (not including a post graduate year) in midwifery. A strong commitment to providing excellent clinical care. A dedication to patient-focused care and working as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal skills and effective problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team . A strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure. A commitment to continuous professional development .
