Technical Controller

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and guidance for mechanical and engineering-related projects.
• Ensure compliance with BCA, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), and relevant Singapore standards.
• Review engineering designs, specifications, technical submissions, and project documentation.
• Support project planning, execution, and quality assurance activities.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on technical matters.
• Assist the company in maintaining and fulfilling BCA CRS registration requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.
• Participate in tender reviews, project evaluations, and technical assessments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or equivalent qualification recognized by BCA.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical, electrical, ventilation, refrigeration, or building services engineering works.
• Experience in Singapore construction or engineering projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with BCA regulations, codes of practice, and CRS requirements is an advantage.
• Strong technical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good understanding of project management and engineering practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software applications.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
