About the role

You'll manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas, partnering with hiring managers to deliver great hiring outcomes and a positive candidate experience. This role is open to applications from candidates based in WA or Brisbane, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work across diverse national recruitment projects. This is a busy and varied role where you'll: Manage the full recruitment process from job brief through to onboarding Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and timelines Run high-volume recruitment campaigns across different industries Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and complete reference checks Build talent pipelines and engage with external networks and communities Support new starters through the onboarding process Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes over time Promote inclusive hiring practices and a strong employer brand About you We're looking for someone who is confident, organised, and who thrives in a fast-moving, high-volume environment. You'll bring: Experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in high-volume or bulk recruitment environments Around 5 years recruitment experience (agency or internal) Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders at once Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach Experience working across different job types, industries or business units A strong focus on delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience Experience in the resources, industrial, or technical sectors (highly desirable) Exposure to applicant tracking systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters) WHY WORK FOR SGS?
