Responsibilities

- Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on game industry recruiting preferred
- Demonstrated experience hiring across multiple disciplines, including a mix of creative (Art/Design), technical (Engineering), and production roles .
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to influence hiring decisions.
- Strong sourcing capability with a track record of engaging passive talent in competitive markets.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using data and insights to influence hiring strategies and outcomes.
- Ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting for both game development teams and business functions .
- Experience working in-house at a gaming, entertainment, or tech company.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking and CRM systems such as Workday and Eightfold
