Actively hiring 3 Part Time Technicians for the following shifts: (1) - 10:00am - 4:30pm (Fully flexible on days of the week) (2) - 3:00pm - 1:30am (Fully flexible on days of the week) This entry-level role supports the overall upkeep of the facility with a strong emphasis on grounds maintenance, landscaping, and exterior property care. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented environment across all outdoor areas, including seasonal duties such as snow and ice removal. Training will be provided to develop the skills necessary for growth within the maintenance team while ensuring adherence to all safety standards, policies, and procedures. Key Duties and Responsibilities Perform routine grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, planting, and general upkeep of exterior areas Execute snow and ice removal operations, including shoveling, plowing, salting, and de-icing walkways, parking lots, and access points to ensure safe conditions Maintain cleanliness and organization of exterior spaces, including waste removal, debris cleanup, and upkeep of common areas Assist with basic preventative maintenance and minor repairs on building systems, physical structures, and exterior assets under the guidance of leadership Support general facility maintenance tasks, including light carpentry, painting, and minor repairs as needed At automated sites, perform basic preventative maintenance tasks on proximity switches, photoelectric sensors, pressure switches, and push buttons under close supervision Perform basic inspections of refrigeration systems under supervision Conduct basic preventative maintenance on material handling equipment in accordance with manufacturer and company guidelines Other duties as assigned Additional Duties and Responsibilities Operate landscaping and groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, plows, and salt spreaders Operate power tools, cutting torch, and welding apparatus to support minor repair work Utilize onsite motorized lifts and rental equipment as needed while operating, inspecting, calibrating, and maintaining equipment Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) Trade school coursework or minimal experience in building maintenance, groundskeeping, landscaping, or related fields preferred Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, snow, and rain Capable of completing routine maintenance and groundskeeping tasks with instruction and supervision Proficient in the safe operation of power and hand tools, including landscaping equipment Basic computer skills Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the facility Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and stay organized Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -20°F (-25°C) to 100°F (37°C) while wearing required PPE Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. (23 kg), with potential for heavier lifting depending on facility needs Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call snow removal shifts if required Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels Some locations may require knowledge and safe practice of Working at Height Why Lineage?
