Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here is how the Sell Out Performance Sr Manager role will make an impact: The Sell-Out Performance Sr Manager will be responsible for defining and leading Viatris' sell-out performance strategy, ensuring sustainable growth in revenue, profitability and market share. This role focuses on identifying concrete and innovative solutions to accelerate demand across the entire portfolio, with emphasis on the OTC / OTX lines, though not limited to them. This professional will act as a strategic business leader and advisor, with direct responsibility for managing area's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across physical and digital channels. This includes planning and executing trade actions, Patient Support Programs (PSP), promotional initiatives, incentive campaigns and ensuring excellence in point-of-sale execution. One of its main objectives is ensure POS execution with a clear focus on Distribution and product availability with the purpose to drive prescription fulfillment at POS and mitigate switching. This role is also responsible for promoting a performance-driven culture within the commercial area, guiding all actions and initiatives toward results and value creation, ensuring financial discipline in decision-making. As a people manager, this professional will engage and motivate the team to capture business opportunities, acting as a multidisciplinary connector and enabling the development of plans that benefit both Viatris and its commercial partners. Wherever there is a concrete opportunity for a sell-out growth for Viatris, this professional will be responsible for identifying and acting promptly. Key responsibilities for this role include: Lead the sell-out strategy by channel and customer Own the OTC / OTX portfolio (forecasting, P&L management, materials, pricing, distribution, line extensions) Identify sell-out opportunities across the entire Viatris portfolio, including RX , trough data management and analysis leading commercial intelligence team Promote a performance-driven commercial culture Plan, execute, and measure initiatives with financial orientation Develop e-commerce plans Establish regional, channel, and customer commercial strategies Plan and execute trade campaigns aligned with partners Develop promotional trade materials Lead the CPFR team to Improve numeric and weighted distribution Ensure correct shelf presence and visibility at point of sale Lead Joint Business Plan (JBP) discussions Manage and develop internal sell-out teams Monitor trade KPIs (sell-through, presence, coverage, share) Strengthen collaboration with demand generation teams Expand Viatris' commercial footprint Map the patient journey and propose effective solutions Manage the OTC / OTX budget and optimize ROI Lead a multifunctional team to ensure prescription fulfilment Qualifications for this role are: Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
