Job Expectations We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Senior Specialist, Insights , supporting People & Culture to deliver meaningful, data-led decisions that shape the employee experience. A bit about your role In this role, you will translate complex data into clear, trusted insights that enable better decision-making across People & Culture and the broader business. You will design intuitive, fit-for-purpose dashboards and reporting solutions, creating seamless self-serve access to accurate, timely insights while reducing manual effort. You will analyse performance trends, identify root causes of key variances, and partner closely with governance and business stakeholders to inform practical, considered actions. Your work will play an important role in shaping strategic conversations, including the preparation of executive-ready performance packs that support senior leadership forums and alignment on priorities. Alongside delivery, you will contribute to continuously improving how insights are created, shared and applied. Through refining methods, uplifting capability and supporting optimisation initiatives, you will help realise tangible, organisation-wide benefits. A bit about you You bring experience within Insights or a closely related discipline, with a demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing considered, high-quality advice. You are confident navigating moderate complexity, bringing together data, context and judgement to craft solutions that are both practical and forward-looking. You combine technical capability with curiosity, enjoying the challenge of improving how things are done and uplifting those around you. Whether guiding others, collaborating with peers, or refining existing approaches, you contribute with care, professionalism and a genuine commitment to collective success.
