Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, government financial and contract management systems-such as Excel, PowerBI, NCFS, Open Window, and Grant Solutions-with the ability to train others, provide technical assistance, and support system‑based process improvements. Proven ability to develop and implement program‑specific fiscal and contract policies and procedures, including designing RFPs, establishing contract deliverable requirements, and creating compliance monitoring processes that support both internal and external partners. Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal staff, external stakeholders, contractors, and partner agencies; resolve issues collaboratively; and maintain positive working relationships in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Demonstrated adaptability, teamwork, and leadership, including the ability to shift priorities quickly, support colleagues during peak workload periods, participate actively in cross‑functional teams, supervise staff effectively, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture. Physical Requirements: This position is primarily sedentary, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods while performing computer‑based work, financial analysis, and document preparation.
