Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support across Facilities, Security, and Engineering functions.
- Process invoices, reconcile purchase orders and service records, and liaise with Finance on payment matters.
- Consolidate SLA/KPI reports, maintain digital records and compliance documentation, coordinate staff attendance and training records, support card printing, process transport and catering invoices, and assist with school events and other facilities-related duties.
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a Facilities Management environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; knowledge of Google Workspace and Facilities Ticketing Systems is an added advantage.

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm
- Salary: up to $3,200
