$43,931.00 AnnualJob Description SummaryThe application deadline for this position is 11:59pm EST on June 29th, 2026.Job DescriptionResponsibilities and Duties Include:Supervises evening operations for the Apprenticeship program, which includes managing and deconflicting classroom and computer lab scheduling, ensuring compliance with department policies and safety protocols, maintaining an efficient learning environment, and securing the facility upon closure.Oversees the proper maintenance and use of all technology, tools, and software to ensure the successful delivery of apprenticeship program curricula in collaboration with the Associate Director.Ensures consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of apprenticeship course content across Canvas shells and provides technical support to faculty for setup and maintenance.Compiles, prepares, and maintains data for state reports and institutional accreditation as directed.Participates in program reviews and learning outcome assessments and assists with the collection of program data to support these functions.Identifies potential curriculum alignment issues and works with the Associate Director to bring these issues to the Apprenticeship Advisory Council for discussion and resolution.Participates, alongside the Associate Director, in the BANCF Apprenticeship Advisory Council with local contractors to ensure the apprenticeship program is responsive to workforce development and curriculum is aligned with state standards and industry needs.Proctors student exams and maintains security of test materials and confidentiality of test results in compliance with FERPA and other college regulations.Maintains test results and attendance for reporting purposes and to provide to instructors, ensuring accuracy and completion; notifies instructors, Associate Director, and applicable staff of testing and/or attendance concerns.Oversees apprenticeship faculty training and observes new instructors as directed, ensuring they meet program standards and that they are equipped to deliver quality instruction; reports results and observations to the Associate Director for evaluation.Supports department operations by maintaining and filing records, managing document inventory, and supervising applicable part-time staff.Assists the Associate Director in managing and maintaining apprenticeship records, including SF, BANCF, NCCER, OSHA, and Mike Holt.Collaborates with the Associate Director to schedule classes, develop textbook lists, finalize rosters, and assign instructors to designated classrooms.Ensures timely academic progress by supporting, enrolling, and registering students in their designated courses; uses information to maintain up-to-date class rosters throughout the semester.Supports the Associate Director in monitoring apprentices' on-the-job training hours and ensures that they are accurately reflected in tracking systems for successful program delivery and on-time student completion.Manages the creation and maintenance of student registration databases for Career Day events.Collaborates with the Associate Director and Chair in planning and budgeting for program related expenditures, educational materials, and supplies.Participates in community and recruitment outreach initiatives as a representative of the apprenticeship program and provides information to prospective students at these events.Stays abreast of emerging trends and best practices of trades within the apprenticeship program.Provides service to the college through participation in events, committees, and other college activities.Complies with all published College Rules, procedures, guidelines, and laws/regulations governing public employees, including but not limited to those related to document retention and destruction, FERPA, and confidentiality.Strictly honors the privacy, security, and confidentiality of student records and other sensitive information according to appropriate state, federal, and college regulations, policies, and procedures.Provides service excellence through courteous, informed, accessible, and professional engagement.Performs other duties as assigned.Reports to: Associate Director, Apprenticeship an
