Responsibilities

- Hands-on experience identifying contractual risk, compliance requirements, and mitigation strategies within digital media or ad tech ecosystems
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders (Media, Finance, Client Services, Legal) to deliver contract outcomes and resolve vendor issues
- Working knowledge of digital media buying models, programmatic ecosystems, and platform terms (e.g., Google, Meta, DSPs, SSPs) demonstrated through prior roles or projects
- Desired:
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done
- Legal training or credentials (JD, LLB, or paralegal certification) with demonstrated application in contract review or advisory work
- Experience supporting healthcare or pharmaceutical media procurement, including regulatory or compliance considerations
