• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Previous construction or warehouse experience preferred
• Attention to detail and good communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Experience operating a forklift or forklift certification preferred, training available

Material Handler Job Profile: JP00184 Position Summary: Material Handler is responsible for the handling and placement of materials needed within each department of the home building facility. Duties / Responsibilities: - Drive Forklift - Provide Materials to plant - Receive material that are delivered from vendors - Check off deliveries by company material to packing slips - Put materials in respective areas - Responsible for getting materials to respective Departments in timely manner - Rotate materials by date and delivery - Check quality and state of material that is being received - Other duties as assigned.
