  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive summaries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years in portfolio management, PMO, transformation, or operations.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, quality, regulatory, MSAT.
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills.

The team leads strategic planning, cross ‑ functional transformation initiatives, portfolio and program management, and integration of acquisitions to enable long ‑ term value creation and operational excellence across global operations. This role leads Portfolio Governance & PMO for Global Operations, acting as the central orchestration point for planning, tracking, and delivering strategic initiatives across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology). The position establishes governance frameworks, drives execution discipline, and ensures enterprise strategy alignment.
