HCMC Associate

Requirements

• Vietnam qualified
• Good command of English
• 1-4 years Post-Qualified Experience with preference for relevant experience in M&A, Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Finance and general corporate law.
• Experience in law firm.
• University (LL.B) or higher level degree
• Key Tasks:
• Researching laws and assisting partners/senior associates in providing legal advice to clients, practical and commercial;
• Performing due diligence, providing first review and/or first draft of transaction agreements (SPA, SSA, SHA,Charter, etc.), financial agreements (loant, credit facility, etc.) and other necessary documents/agreements upon instruction by clients/senior associates;
• Advising, drafting, submitting and following application documents for licensing works;
• Translating and proofreading documents;
• Liaising with relevant authorities for their opinion/clarification.
