Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary finance partner to a technology infrastructure business unit, embedding yourself in day-to-day business operations
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the business unit
- Build and maintain cost models covering capital expenditure, operational costs, and unit economics
- Translate financial data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Support investment decisions with financial modelling and ROI analysis
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost allocation
- Drive process improvements in financial planning and reporting for the business unit
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or management accounting; experience in technology infrastructure or related industries is strongly preferred
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Commercially minded - comfortable engaging directly with business teams and translating operational realities into financial frameworks
- Experience across multiple finance functions (accounting, FP&A, treasury) is advantageous
