Internship description: As a Community & Brand Management Intern, you will support the launch of Flying Fish, a flavored beer brand from South Africa entering the Belgian market. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, you will play an active role in building the brand's presence online and supporting key brand management initiatives. What will you do during the internship? Community & Content Management Contribute to the content strategy for the second semester . Create engaging content (Reels, TikTok, Stories) aligned with brand identity Build the community, manage interactions and engage with followers Monitor social media trends and translate them into relevant, on-brand content Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights Support festivals and events, capturing real-time content Stakeholder management : aligning internally & externally on content to be compliant with different brand identities & legal requirements Brand Management Support Support the Senior Brand Manager in day to day brand management activities Assist in the execution of brand campaigns and activations Contribute to brand positioning, tone of voice, and consistency across channels Support market and consumer research (insights, benchmarks, trend tracking) Assist in preparing brand presentations and summaries Support content and communication adaptations for different markets Internship duration: Start date: June 2026, for 6 months . Learning opportunities: 70% of your learning will come from on-the-job learning. As an intern, you'll get the chance to experience the real-life business whilst developing your skills - learning through experiencing different areas and building your own reputation. 20% of your learning will come from mentorship programs, coaching, collaboration with key stakeholders & plenty of opportunities for feedback. 10% of your learning will come from formal training, including workshops & online training courses.
