Finance Officer (Immediate)

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-4 years of experience in billing, AR, or accounts role
• Familiarity with accounting systems (Autocount)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills for customer follow-ups
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced SME environment

Billing & Invoicing Prepare and issue customer invoices and credit notes accurately and on time Ensure billing details match contracts, delivery orders, or service completion records Maintain proper documentation for all billing transactions 2. Accounts Receivable (AR) Management Monitor outstanding invoices and payment status Follow up with customers on overdue payments (SOA) Update AR aging reports and escalate long-overdue accounts 3. Payment Processing & Reconciliation Record incoming payments in accounting system Match receipts against invoices Assist in monthly bank and customer account reconciliations 4. Customer & Internal Coordination Liaise with sales, operations, and customers on billing discrepancies Resolve invoice disputes or missing documentation issues 5. Reporting Support Prepare basic AR and billing reports for management Support month-end closing activities
