About the role
We currently have an opportunity to join our Rockingham or Mandurah branches as a Personal Banking Home Lending Specialist , where you'll play a key role in championing Beyond Bank Australia's values and delivering exceptional member experiences. Manage lending applications end‑to‑end, ensuring members clearly understand features, benefits, fees, and the value of the products you recommend. Engage with members proactively via phone and in‑branch conversations to identify needs, offer tailored solutions, and strengthen long‑term relationships. Deliver exceptional member experiences by providing personalised, member‑owned banking support across everyday and lending needs. Support everyday banking by opening and maintaining accounts, completing variations, and assisting with general enquiries.
