We have an exciting opportunity to join our New Zealand Sales Team as Business Development Manager at Kraft Heinz, based in Auckland. The Company The Kraft Heinz Company is one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world, with eight $1 billion+ brands and global sales of approximately $25 billion. Our brands are truly global, with products produced and marketed in over 40 countries. These beloved products include condiments and sauces, cheese and dairy, meals, meats, refreshment beverages, coffee, infant and nutrition products, and numerous other grocery products in a portfolio of more than 200 legacy and emerging brands. Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to: Managing Alt channel customers - Costco, The Warehouse, Chemist Warehouse, and many other route customers Managing Private label portfolio for Foodstuffs and Woolworths. Managing Artwork update projects for Private label lines. Responsible for reducing SCL (SLOB and clearance) for NZ business. Work with the Head of New Business Development to develop account specific business plans and measure performance against set standards. Sell to targeted new accounts (Focusing on specific channels and categories). Identify and lock potential new accounts. Establish/negotiate and lock plans into agreement in line with company policies and budget. Lead cross-functional partners to deliver results. Own the P&L for a portfolio of categories Be actively involved in the day to day management of potential or current contract manufacturing relationships Manage the IBP process for your portfolio Develop and work with accounts and internal units to create tailored product solutions and JBPs. Monitor performance, taking corrective action where appropriate Communicate information regarding forecasting, opportunity pipeline, NPDs, Price, to key internal stakeholders.
