Permanent Role Office Location: Central with Islandwide Pick Up Work Hours: Mon to Fri $5000 - $7500 Basic + AWS + VB Adecco is partnering with a Global Micro Connectors & Chips Manufacturer The Job: Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Coordinate internal, customer, supplier, and certification audits, including audit preparation, execution, and closure of findings. Manage CAPA activities, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and effectiveness verification. Monitor quality performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support document control, engineering change management, calibration, and compliance-related activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Conduct supplier audits and follow up on corrective actions and improvement plans. Provide quality training and guidance to strengthen QMS awareness and compliance. The Talent Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or relevant discipline 3 - 5 years working experience in QMS, Supplier Quality and Quality Assurance ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 experiences Knowledge to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 is advantageous Next Step Interested applicants, please send your resume to ayden.lee@adecco.com ONLY shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
